Who We Are
We’re Unearthed Landscapes — a design and build team based in Ōtautahi Christchurch. Founded by a qualified landscape architect (Master of Landscape Architecture) and a seasoned landscaper and former foreman with over 8 years’ experience, we bring a holistic, hands-on approach to outdoor spaces. As partners in life and business, we combine thoughtful design with skilled execution to create landscapes that are both functional and beautiful.
Our Story
Unearthed Landscapes was born from a shared passion for shaping spaces that feel grounded and genuinely livable. With over 16 years of combined experience across residential, commercial, civic, and lifestyle property projects — including playgrounds and high-end residential design — we’ve seen how important it is to bridge the gap between good ideas and great execution.
Our backgrounds in both detailed design and practical construction allow us to take projects from concept to completion seamlessly. We listen closely, design with purpose, and build with care — tailoring every space to the people who use it and the land it lives on.
